PRICING & PAYMENTS

Products on www.maylayco.com are currently only available for shipping in Canada and the United States.

Pricing is based on your location. Canadian Dollars (CAD) or US Dollar (USD)

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Shopify Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal.

PROCESSING TIMES

Although processing times are usually sooner, please allow 3-4 business days for processing (Unless otherwise stated on www.maylayco.com). During peak times and holidays, we may experience a slight delay. Orders are fulfilled on Mondays & Thursdays.

All items are shipped from Toronto, Canada. 

Canada 

Orders within Canada will be shipped via Stallion Express, UPS, Fedex or Canada Post.

Shipping times are 3-5 business days with tracking.

USA

Updated US Shipping Policy (April 20, 2026). PLEASE NOTE: Shipping to US will be on a trial basis until we can ensure correct process. Shipping times may vary depending on customs clearance. Thank you for your understanding. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact hello@maylayco.com.

All orders to the US will be shipped through Stallion Express with all duties paid (DDP).

Tariff-related costs are subject to change based on trade policy. Shipping times may be between 4-8 business days with tracking depending on customs clearance times.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

All cancellations or changes to your order must be submitted by email within 24 hours of placing your order. Maylay Co. does not accept returns.
