ORDER MINIMUMS

*For international orders please follow minimums listed on Faire Wholesale.

ORDERING

1. Buyers can register for an account here and order directly through the Maylay Co. website. (At this time, only Canadian and US Retailers are able to create a wholesale buying account)
2. Order via linesheet and order form and email to hello@maylayco.com
3. All Retailers in Canada, US, UK or International can purchase on Faire Wholesale https://maylayco.faire.com

PRICING

Pricing is based on your location. Canadian Dollars (CAD), US Dollar (USD) or Pounds (GBP). Prices are subject to change without notice.

Maylay Co. may request a valid resale certificate from US wholesale buyers at any time. By placing a wholesale order, buyers confirm they are purchasing products for resale purposes and agree to provide documentation upon request.

PAYMENTS

All payments are to be made by Credit Card. For online orders include Faire, payment will be made at time of ordering. For orders placed via email or in-person, invoices will be sent by email with a payment link when order is ready to be shipped. If payment is not made within 60 days, order will be cancelled, unless otherwise noted.

Sales tax applicable to Canadian orders will vary based on the province of delivery and will be applied at checkout. US wholesale orders are tax exempt.

PROCESSING TIMES

Although processing times are usually sooner, please allow 7-10 business days for processing wholesale orders when items are in stock. Orders are fulfilled on Mondays & Thursdays.

For orders that are out-of-stock, turnaround times can range from 4-6 weeks. During holidays and peak times, shipping times may be longer. For orders requiring over 100 units per SKU, please reach out to confirm inventory.

SHIPPING

All items are shipped from Toronto, Canada. Orders will not be shipped out until payment has been made.

Canada 

Orders within Canada will be shipped via Stallion Express, UPS, Fedex or Canada Post.Shipping times are 3-5 business days with tracking.

USA

All orders to the US will be shipped through Stallion Express with all duties paid (DDP).

Tariff-related costs are subject to change based on trade policy. Shipping times may be between 4-8 business days with tracking depending on customs clearance times.

UK & International

For orders within the UK and International, shipping times may take 5-10 business days.

Maylay Co. is not responsible for any carrier delays. Shipping costs will be included in your final invoice. Any duties/import costs are to be paid by the retailer and is not included in the shipping cost. Any orders to the UK will be subject to VAT. CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

All cancellations or changes to your order must be submitted by email within 24 hours of placing your order. Maylay Co. does not accept returns. 

For damaged or incorrectly shipped items, please email us within 5 days of receipt at hello@maylayco.com and we will work with you to rectify the issue.

Orders made through Faire must be returned through their proper channels.

BACKORDERS

Some products may occasionally be out of stock. You will be notified if any items you order are backordered, along with the expected in-stock date.

PACKAGING

All products must be sold in its original packaging.

We are pleased to share our online library of product photos and lifestyle photos. You can find this at www.wholesale.maylayco.com under Additional Resources. 

All product photos and lifestyle images provided through our online library are the property of Maylay Co. and are protected by copyright. These images are made available exclusively for the purpose of promoting and selling Maylay Co. products through your retail channels. Images may not be altered, repurposed, or used for any other purpose without prior written permission from Maylay Co.

TERMS

By placing an order with Maylay Co., retailers confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Maylay Co. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, or suspend any wholesale account, that does not comply with these terms.
